Chris: Paeroa Swim School Manager
I started as a volunteer swim teacher with the Ngatea Swim Club way back in 1988. After a move to Hamilton, I became a qualified swim teacher, working at Waterworld and Gallagher Aquatics, as well as coaching at a local club. I have also been involved in club and coach development for many years. I'm now looking forward to using my knowledge and passion, to create an environment where your children can feel safe, and develop confidence and water safety skills. |

Joan: Swim Teacher
Now my children have left home , I have returned to my sporting love, swimming. I am heavily involved in children's athletics, but have always had a love for swimming. I swam competitively in my earlier years and now would like to pass on my love of swimming to the next generation. I am enjoying the opportunity to improve the swimming ability and confidence of children in water and look forward to meeting your child. |

Diane: Swim Teacher
I am a mature solo mum of two young boys. While poolside at their lessons I was inspired to be more involved as an instructor and use my skills back in the water. I have always loved to swim and enjoyed many years playing underwater hockey. Being involved with children while they grow in confidence and learn new skills is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. |

Donna: Swim Teacher
I love working as a swim instructor. Learning to swim is such an important part of Kiwi lifestyle. Seeing the students go from not wanting to put their feet into the water to being able to blow bubbles and put their heads under is a real feel good moment for me. Hearing, "I can do it by myself" is the best ever!!! I am a new Granny and can't wait for the chance to teach him to be confident in the water. |
