Paeroa Swim School Terms and Conditions
Swim Fees are payable by the due date on your invoice. All fees including Goldfields Pool entry must be paid before the commencement of swimmers first lesson.
Frogs Aquatics reserves the right to change lesson time, teacher and class size at our discretion during the term if required.
Frogs Aquatics operates a re-enrolment process term by term. If your child is changing level we try to keep same day, if not we will contact you.
Photos may be taken and used for promotional purposes on social media and website.
MAKE UP POLICY/REFUNDS/CREDITS
There will be no refund for lessons missed due to conflicting activities, illness, holidays or if you choose to miss a lesson.
We do not give change of mind refunds once payment has been made.
If Goldfields School cancel swimming for any reason during the school term no refund or credit will be given. Swimming cancellations for code brown etc are out of our control and something we accept using the Goldfields School Pool.
If Frogs Aquatics are unable to provide a teacher for your class you will have the option of a credit or refund for that class.
CLASS ATTENDANCE AND BEHAVIOUR
This is not a public pool, so you need to supervise your child/children before and after lessons
Swimmers must be punctual to class, as the warm up routine is an important part of the lesson.
For hygiene reasons, all swimmers over the age of 6 months are required to wear swim caps.
During class swimmers are expected to listen and show respect to their swim teacher, and other swimmers. Frogs Aquatics reserves the right to disallow disruptive swimmers the opportunity to participate in the remainder of the class.
Frogs Aquatics reserves the right to expel any swimmer for disrespectful behavior and/or breaches of any of the stated Terms and Conditions.
PROLONGED INJURY POLICY
- Credit will be applied in the event of long term injury at Frogs Aquatics discretion.
- Your space in the group class will be forfeited, and you will need to re-book when ready to commence lessons again.
- Frogs Aquatics reserves the right to ask for a medical certificate.
GOLDFIELDS SCHOOL RULES
- The Goldfields sand pit is not to be used.
- Do not enter school grounds prior to 3pm unless the gate is latched open.
- If your child uses a swim nappy this is be removed from the premises and taken home with you.
- Goldfields School is an enviro School. No food is permitted in the swimming pool area or school grounds.
- Children are not allowed outside of the pool area unsupervised.
